This MacBook Pro 13″ A1502 battery is located inside the laptop and requires you to remove the bottom of the laptop chassis to replace it. We include the two special Apple screwdrivers to remove the battery. The original battery is also glued to the chassis to keep it in place. Apply a conservative amount of isopropyl rubbing alcohol on the adhesive to easily remove the glue. You can also use heavy duty thread or fishing line to help remove the glued-in battery from the chassis.
